About this room

Our Duplex Room is the perfect choice for families or small groups looking for extra space, warmth, and authentic local experiences. Spread across two levels, the room features double beds on both floors, comfortable bedding, extra woollen blankets, and a room heater or traditional Bukhari (wood/kerosene stove). A hot water bottle is also available during winter months for added comfort.

The room is equipped with charging points, wardrobe/clothes rack, table and chair, dustbin, and a mirror. The attached bathroom offers 24×7 running water, hot water via geyser (on request if needed), Western toilet, bucket and mug, and essential toiletries (soap, towel, shampoo).

Enjoy home-cooked meals and traditional Ladakhi cuisine like Skyu, Chutagi, and Thukpa. We offer complimentary breakfast and dinner, with meals served either in-room or in the common dining area. You’ll also have access to boiled/filtered drinking water and packed lunches for day hikes or travel.
