• A confirmed booking is required before arrival.
• A deposit may be required to secure your stay.
• Full payment is due upon check-in (or as agreed in advance).
3. Cancellations
• Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
• 50% charge for cancellations within 72 hours.
• No-show without prior notice will be charged in full.
4. Meals
• Local breakfast, lunch, and dinner available on request.
• Please inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies in advance.
5. Pets
• Pets are welcome, but please inform us in advance.
• Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and cleanliness.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the room.
6. Quiet Hours
• Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
7. Cleanliness & House Rules
• No smoking inside the room. A designated area is available outside.
• Kindly keep the space clean and treat it as your own home.
• Use of trekking gear or shoes indoors is discouraged to maintain cleanliness.
8. Visitors
